Non-custodial interface
Helms is software that helps you talk to Tydro, Nado, and xStock contracts on Ink (chain 57073). It does not custody assets, take deposits, or sign for you. Every write is proposed in the UI and confirmed in your wallet.
Helms is not Kraken, Tydro, or Nado, and it is not a broker, exchange, or investment advisor. There is no official partnership implied by the Kraken onboarding links.
Tokenized stocks (xStocks) are not listed equities. They can trade at a premium or discount to the cash market, halt, or fail. Perpetuals can liquidate you. Funding can flip against a collar.
Helms never holds a private key, seed, or linked Nado signer. Every write is simulate-then-you-sign. Floors, unlock caps, and Ballast stops are interface guards. They are not guarantees against loss, oracle failure, smart-contract bugs, or sequencer downtime.
You are responsible for wallet security, gas, oracle risk, smart-contract risk, and the restricted-territory rules of the underlying protocols. Do not use Helms if you cannot afford to lose the capital you put onchain, or if your jurisdiction forbids these products.
Linked Nado signers are unused. A linked key could withdraw the whole desk. Ballast is pre-signed reduce-only trigger orders that you sign yourself.
Optional desk save is a wallet signature over your address and a digest of policy, activity, and LoopExecutor. Restore requires a second signature. An unsigned read never includes the executor.
